ORGANIC DARK – GUATEMALA
This bean has been taken juuuust past second crack into a dark roast, making it a lighter dark than you might expect. It smells heavenly, and tastes even better with an acidity from light stone fruit at the forefront, followed by a semi sweet chocolate finish to round it out. It’s one of our more popular roasts, and also certified organic and fair trade which makes it even better!
